The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), under the auspices of the Department of Defense (DoD) Trusted and Assured Microelectronics (T&AM) Program, is seeking sources for obtaining, in the near-term, a SOTA assured FPGA product family to support U.S. Government (USG) needs, including:• Access to assured commercial FPGA technology through piloting of secure design and/or supply chain environments and tools to protect Intellectual Property (IP) confidentiality and integrity.• Developing and making available assured IP and bitstream generation Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools for Department of Defense (DoD) and government-wide use.• Technologies to enhance commercial FPGA security features.• Use of best practices and tools to enhance commercial FPGA assurance throughout the lifecycle.• Access to design artifacts and improved testability to facilitate independent (IV&V) of commercial FPGA components.• An objective requirement to employ DMEA-accredited Trusted design facilities, Trusted packaging facilities, and a domestic wafer manufacturer in the supply chain.This announcement is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future.
