Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Proposals shall only be requested and accepted from contractors who are a Small Business AND certified in System for Award Management (SAM, https://sam.gov/content/home).The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Forest Service (USFS), has a requirement for but not limited to the following:              Blue Jay Campground – Demolition and Replacement of Existing Toilet BuildingThe purpose of this project is for demolition of one (1) existing four-unit vault masonry toilet building, walkway and all associated features. Furnish and install one (1) Tioga CXT 2-unit vault toilet building or approved equal. The contractor is responsible for placement of CXT building order, all site preparation, coordination of CXT delivery and installation, all required access and clearances, design of accessible walkways

and building/site layout, and install of new vault toilet building and concrete walkways.Project Location: This project is located in the state of California, Riverside County, Trabuco Ranger District, Cleveland National Forest.Solicitation Number 127EAW22R0005 for this effort will be posted to Beta.Sam.Gov (https://beta.sam.gov/) on or about December 8th, 2021.  This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary submit a proposal for this project.There is currently no official group site visit scheduled.
