The Belton Independent School District ("District") invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the above solicitation, including but not limited to, the following items not already under contract with the District: Retail merchandise Grocery type items Other retail related items Online response submissions is RECOMMENDED and PREFERRED; however, if submitting a hard copy response, sealed responses must be addressed to the BISD Purchasing Department at 1220 Huey Drive, Belton, TX 76513, and must be received by the time and date below. Faxed and/or emailed responses will not be accepted. Any proposal received after the above time and date will not be considered. Award will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response.
