Gulf to Lake highway (SR 44), Lecanto, Florida 34461. The diesel fuel must be suitable for use in diesel engines (including Tier 4) and free of water and foreign matter. Diesel Fuel shall be in accordance with the following specifications: Ultra Low Sulfur #2 Dyed Diesel 15 ppm (color red) Specific Gravity: 30 minimum 45 maximum Flash Point: 130-190 degrees F Viscosity: 1.9 - 3.4 at 40 degrees C Minimum Cetain: 40 The off-road diesel fuel is for the heavy equipment used for disposal operations.
