The project consists of interior renovations of the lobby, receptionist area, and adjacent hallyway of the Tusayan Ranger District Office. Optional items include surveillance camera system, paging/intercom system, and silent alarm system. Tusayan Ranger Station is located at 176 Lincoln Log Loop, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated price range is $25,000 - $100,000. Contractor will be required to provide alternate payment protection (i.e, payment bond).
