GSA seeks reserved/secure parking spaces in Detroit, MI

The United States Government currently occupies secure parking spaces in a leased garage in Detroit, MI that is expiring.The Government is seeking to lease approximately 313 reserved/secure inside parking spaces. The lease term is for 10 years firm term. Delineated area:North - Howard StreetSouth - W. CongressEast - Cass St/Washington BlvdWest - 1st StreetOther applicable requirements include:24 hour access requiredReserved/secured spaces for 177 spaces The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.The Government will use the information it receives in response to thisadvertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determinewhether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justificationto remain at its current location.
