Community Indicators Web Mapping Application202401-10003Closing Date: 04/18/2024 02:00:00 PM PTDetail: The City of Hillsboro, Oregon (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Community Indicators data model that is similar to the equity index developed by the Kirwan Institute, as well as a public web mapping application similar to the application the City of Tacoma developed. The application should provide data for informed decision-making, equitable allocation of resources, policy shaping, and serve as a central hub to identity disparities and prioritize projects for the City. The City anticipates a contract term of up to 2 years. The City’s budget for this project is approximately $85,000 - $95,000. If any proposer believes this amount is insufficient to complete the scope of work, they are encouraged to propose suggestions, combine tasks, etc. to maximize the City’s value and deliver this project within budget.
