Groton Utilities wiII receive sealed bids at the Operations Complex, 1240 Poquonnock Road, Groton, Connecticut 06340, until 11 :00 A.M. prevailing time on May 8, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.This specification is to set forth the specific requirements for one (I) AL TEC Model AT40G Telescopic Articulating Aerial Device with ISO Boom or Equal.All equipment and material supplied shall be new and of the same current manufacture; it shall meet or exceed any and all specifications described herein.The bidder shall provide descriptive literature on all items provided along with detailed and complete listings by model and option numbers.Any installation of additional equipment to be provided by the successful bidder shall be in accordance with any applicable manufacturer's recommendations, applicable certifications and duly authorized personnel.All equipment and material being supplied shall be warranted against all defects for a period not less than any manufacturer's specified period from date of delivery. Bidders must include a statement of warranty with the bid.If it is necessary to bid alternate equipment or to take exception as set forth, this must be so stated in your bid proposal. For each item, please indicate your compliance or non-compliance on this document. For those items that you cannot comply with, please explain in the "COMMENTS" column of this document.
