The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is to establish a Contract for the removal of existing fuel tank, demolition of existing concrete pad, construction of new concrete pad and reinstallation of fuel tank for the benefit of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) at its Carl G. Washburne Park located at 93111 Hwy 101 N, Florence, Oregon 97439. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Work will take place in Lane County, Oregon. BOLI Region 5.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE:

A Voluntary pre-bid conference will be held on March 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM/PM (PT), (PT), located at the Park Office at Carl G. Washburne Park, 93111 Hwy 101 N, Florence, Oregon.
Any statements made at this conference will not change the Specifications or other Contract Documents unless an Addendum has been issued by OPRD and advertised on the ORPIN System.
BIDDERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS VOLUNTARY PRE-BID CONFERENCE, BUT IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ATTEND.

The following is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $45,000.00
PROJECT COMPLETION DATES:
PROJECT START DATE: Upon issuance of Notice to Proceed by Owner.
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: No later than June 1, 2021
FINAL COMPLETION: No later than June 7, 2021
LIQUIDATED DAMAGES:
