PUBLIC NOTICE ADL 234323 Copper Valley Telecom CooperativeApril 19, 2024Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:APPLICANT: Copper Valley Telecom Cooperative (CVTC)PROJECT NAME: ADL 234323GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Tolsona, AKLEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 30, Township 4 North, Range 4 West, Copper River Meridian, and Section 24, Township 4 North, Range 5 West, Copper River Meridian.REQUESTED ACTIVITY: CVTC is requesting to develop an existing utility easement, serialized as ADL 229765, to facilitate the placement of approximately 1,143 feet of fiber optic cable. CVTC proposes to trench the cable at a depth of 42 inches using a cable plow to provide improved communication in bandwidth and speeds to the surrounding community. This request is associated with a series of related applications for installation of fiber optic cable in the vicinity of Tolsona Lake, including ADL 229817, ADL 234296, and ADL 234297. Additional
