HM is seeking proposals for the provision of Temporary and Permanent Staffing Services. It is intended that HM enter into an agreement with up to five (5) agencies for each of the fields listed in this RFSO. When a need for staffing arises, HM will solicit candidates from the proponents qualified in the field.
