2024 Vibratory Roller Monthly Rentals

*****AMENDMENT #1***** Change the quantity on item # 6 from 11 to 1 No other changes to the tender. *********** The intent of this tender is to establish a contract of supply with various Suppliers to locations around the province, for fixed prices for the rental of vibratory rollers on a monthly basis for activities related to summer maintenance. This request for tender submission neither expresses nor implies any obligation on the part of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to enter into a contract with any Supplier or Suppliers submitting a bid. DTI reserves the right to make limited awards based on the best pricing by geographic location. The tender will cover equipment rentals for the period specified on the Purchase Order (approximately May 10th, 2024, to November 1st, 2024, inclusive). Vendors must deliver equipment no later than Friday, May 10th, 2024, at 4:30pm. Failure to deliver equipment to the appropriate location at the specified time will be considered

as non-compliant to the terms stipulated in this document and may result in cancellation of award (unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties).
