The requirements identified in that opportunity have been revised and are as stated below.This Request for Information (RFI) is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to perform maintenance on the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) assets identified below. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses will be treated as information only and will not be used as a proposal. The information submitted in response to this RFI may be used to help the Government further define its requirements.In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding
contract. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this RFI.Companies responding to this RFI are advised their response does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this RFI that indicate that the information therein is proprietary, or represents confidential business information, will be received and held in confidence. Proprietary information submitted, as part of responses to the RFI, should be clearly identified and it will be treated as such. The Government reserves the right to follow up on a one-on-one basis with RFI respondents to gain additional information or clarity about information submitted.Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) requests information from potential sources to provide Depot Level Reset and repair services for a period of one year plus one option year on the following Tactical Network Mission Network (MN) systems ** Please Note, Appendix A is provided as reference and identify typical repair tasks required for Reset of each system**.1. Unit Hub SATCOM Truck (UHST): AN/TSC-187, AN/TSC-187A, AN/TSC-187B, AN/TSC-169A, AN/TSC-169B, and AN/TSC-169C2. TACHUB (Tactical Hub): AN/TTC-61(V)3, AN/TTC-61B(V)2, AN/TTC-61B(V)33. Joint Network Node (JNN): AN/TTC-59A(V)3, AN/TTC-59(V)5, AN/TTC-59(V)6, AN/TTC-59A(V)6, AN/TTC-59B(V)3, AN/TTC-59B(V)5, AN/TTC-59B(V)6 /Single Shelter Switch (SSS): AN/TTC-56A(V)4, AN/TTC-56B(V)3, AN/TTC-56B(V)4Depot Level Reset will be performed at the contractor facility and is defined as:• Inspect and repair the equipment to FMC -10/-20 standardso Eliminate desert and combat induced damageo Repair all damage affecting the functional integrity of the equipmento Repair damaged systemso Return the equipment to a fully mission capable status• Draft General Maintenance tasks for both SATCOM and Baseband and additional Maintenance requirements for each system and associated transit cases are attached as Appendices.The Government is also seeking sources to provide repair to any system that does not arrive for reset in a reasonable operating condition with only reasonable wear and tear caused by deployment and use.The Government is also seeking services to provide repair of the systems listed above at multiple forward locations.
