Allenspark Transfer Site Expansion Earthwork

Boulder County Building Services (“BCBS” and/or “Owner”), a Division of the Public Works Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform site demolition, excavation, site grading and drainage systems installation at the Allenspark Transfer Station located at 14857 State Highway 7, Allenspark, CO. The site is being modified to expand current facilities, improve ADA access to recycle drop-off areas, and to facilitate water drainage across the entire site. This work is targeted for late second quarter of 2024. Note that this project has several permits under which the work is to be performed, hence the need for multiple drawing sets.
