Apparel and Uniforms, Accessories & Supplies (Supplemental III

The Belton Independent School District (“District”) invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for submit Proposals for Apparel, Uniforms, Accessories, Supplies and Equipment. This proposal does not ask for individual pricing on specific items. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. The estimated value of services, and/or supplies purchased annually is over $50,000. NOTE: This is a supplemental RFP, therefore, if you are an awarded vendor on RFP #2105-125-259 & RFP #2204-125-280 you are not required to complete this proposal. If you complete this proposal, it will supersede your original response on file. A listing of awarded vendors is within the attachment tab of this proposal. THIS IS A NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, and as such, the Belton Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer prior to an award. Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
