The Otay Water District (District) invites qualified investment advisor/consultants to submit statements of qualifications and fee proposal (RFP) to provide investment advisor services for the Otay Water District’s 457 and 401a Deferred Compensation programs as further described herein.

Prospective proposers (Respondent) must register online with Periscope (formerly BidSync) at https://prod.bidsync.com/bidsync-basic to participate in this procurement. There is no cost associated with registering. All documents and information related to this

procurement are on the Periscope website under the solicitation name "Investment Advisor Services.” Once registered, Respondent can view and download information regarding this procurement including the solicitation documents, as well as submit questions related to the RFP.
