The TRC is seeking innovative proposals from experienced real estate developers and other organizations for the purchase and development of Wildcat Plaza, a 2.5661-acre property located at 503 N. General Bruce Drive, Temple,
Texas. This property is situated in a prime location with visibility and access to Interstate Highway 35. This property is directly adjacent to Matthew Wilson Way and the 31st Street roundabout, both of which have been recently constructed by the City of Temple. This area is close to multiple private businesses and Temple High School. Proposals will be considered for projects that may include retail and restaurant uses that meets the intent of the development package or a combination thereof. Developers are encouraged to be creative in their submissions. The TRC seeks a developer who can create an economically vibrant, distinctive project that includes retail and restaurant uses and takes advantage of the surrounding commercial, educational, and cultural resources.
