This system should ensure interoperability across the diverse jurisdictions within the coalition, including Davis County, Weber County, Morgan County, Box Elder County, Cache County, and Rich County, to enhance the safety and security of approximately 830,527 residents over an area of 9944 square miles. This RFP seeks proposals from technology vendors with proven experience in delivering mass notification solutions that are scalable, reliable, and capable of interoperating across multiple jurisdictions and platforms. The ideal solution will allow the Coalition to send timely, actionable alerts to community members and first responders, utilizing a variety of communication channels to ensure broad and inclusive reach. SUBMITTING YOUR PROPOSAL NOTICE: By submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, offeror is acknowledging that the requirements, scope of work, and the evaluation process, outlined in the RFP are fair, equitable, not unduly restrictive, understood and agreed to. Any exceptions to the content of the RFP must be protested to the Purchasing Agent prior to the closing date and time for submission of proposal. Proposals must be received no later than the posted due date and time. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
