Intent to Sole Source - Camera Repair

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCEContracting Department, Marine Corps Installations East, Camp Lejeune, NC intends to issue a Sole Source contract to Northern Defense Industries, 441 Log Canoe Circle, Stevensville, Maryland 21666. The determination to not compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may submit a quote and technical capabilities, which, if received timely may be considered.
