Center (HCRTC) located at 2310 1⁄2 Atascocita Rd., Humble, Texas 77396 will be coordinated by the Office of the Purchasing Agent for Thursday, May 2, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. CST. Attendance is not mandatory; however, all vendors are encouraged to attend in order to have a better understanding of the requirements of this RFP. Please limit attendees to two (2) individuals per organization. Send an email to the Office of the Harris County Purchasing Agent via Bonfire no later than 1:00 p.m. CST on Monday, April 29, 2024, including names and job titles of those individuals who will be in attendance, in order to confirm attendance at the pre- proposal Conference and site visit. Only individuals who have confirmed attendance prior to 1:00 p.m. CST on April 29, 2024, will be allowed to participate. This will be the only opportunity to tour the facilities.
