The goal of this RFP is to establish non-exclusive, vendors to provide food as needed by Wylie ISD. This is an extended opening RFP and the District will award throughout the open solicitation period, if you have been awarded in 2021, 2022 or 2023 you do not need to reply. Proposals will be opened, evaluated, and qualified by the District on a monthly basis. The District expects to award this solicitation to multiple contractors. Evaluation will be based on the qualities outlined in the attached Award Evaluation Criteria, service to be provided and the needs of the District. The term of this contract is (1) year with (3) three (1) one-year automatic renewals on August 21 st of each eligible year. Electronic submission is preferred through the District’s e-bidding system, IonWave (https://www.wylieisd.ionwave.net) or three (3) complete hard copies of the proposal with original signatures may be submitted to the purchasing department prior to bid close May 31, 2024. Wylie ISD reserves the right to request post-proposal modifications, including best and final offers, as well as post - proposal meetings. This District also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive all technicalities and informalities, to be sole judge of quality and equality and will accept the proposals that are deemed to best meet the needs of the District.
