Juvenile Court Services (JCS) within the Eight Judicial District is seeking one vendor to provide Supervised Community Treatment across the following counties initially Henry, Keokuk, Wapello and Washington. JCS reserves the right to expand the program to the remainder of the counties within the Eight Judicial District, including Appanoose, Davis, Des Moines, Jefferson, Lee, Louisa, Mahaska, Monroe, Poweshiek and Van Buren.
