Description
Scope of Services
The City of Corona Utilities Department (City) invites bids from qualified contractors for Utilities Department As-Needed Painting Services. A full description can be found in Section III of the attached NIB document.
Other Details
All prospective contractors shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all NIB documents posted on the PlanetBids website for the services. Contractor shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the PlanetBids system. Contractor will be not be able to submit their bids without uploading each of required documents through the PlanetBids system.
Notes
City Insurance requirements have been updated. Reference Insurance Requirements Acknowledgement Form in Section IV and Form of Agreement Sample in Section VI, Subsection 3.2.10 Insurance, ET SEQ.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish the City with a Payment (Labor and Materials) Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount, which is estimated at $400,000 annually, upon notice of contract award. Bidders are cautioned that the City makes no guarantees as to actual usage as services will be requested on an as-needed basis only.
