JAMES PARISH WATER DISTRICT WATER TANK REHABILITATION & MAINTENANCE PROGRAM postdate:- 16-Feb-2023 12:00:00 AM responsedate:- 28-Mar-2023 10:00:00 AM ( 2d, 7h+ ) description:- NOTICE TO PROPOSERS Public notice is hereby given that sealed proposals are to be received by mail or hand delivered to the St. James Parish Operations Department at 5800 Highway 44, Covent, LA 70723, or submitted electronically through Central Bidding until 10:00 A.M. central standard time on the 21st day of March 2023, and immediately opened thereafter for the following Project: WATER TANK REHABILITATION & MAINTENANCE PROGRAM All proposals must be in accordance with the Contract Documents on file with St. James Parish Operations Department at 5800 Highway 44, Convent, LA 70723. All proposers envelopes in which the packet is placed must be clearly marked with the Project Name, Opening Date, Contractor’s Name, Address and Louisiana State License Number. Late proposals will not be accepted. Please find

required RFQ materials and submit electronic proposals at www.centralauctionhouse.com. All proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as the compliance with product specifications and project requirements, compliance with proposal requirements, experience, software, AMI system support after installation (Metering as a Service), warranty, and cost as specifically defined in the RFP document. The maximum total points for each proposal are set at 125 points. Contract Documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be examined at the office of the Engineer: Meyer Engineers, Ltd., 4937 Hearst Street, Suite 1B, Metairie, LA 70001; (504) 885-9892. Electronic (PDF) copies of these documents may be obtained from the Parish or Engineer via email at: dduffy@meyer-e-l.com at no direct cost to Contractor or online at www.centralauctionhouse.com . All proposals must be submitted in the format specified in Section 00110 – PROPOSAL FORMAT, PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND PROPOSER QUALIFICATIONS. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 7, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. The meeting will be held at the St. James Parish Courthouse, Council Chambers, 5800 Highway 44, Convent, LA 70723. The Parish of St. James reserves the right to accept or reject any and all of the proposals and to waive formalities and technicalities. In the event any two or more of the proposals submitted are equal, the Parish in its discretion may select the party to whom the contract shall be granted.
