NATURE OF THE PROJECT: Spokane County is seeking a qualified Contractor. This Public Works projects consist of providing all materials, labor, equipment and permitting necessary for the Spokane County EVOC Track with associated asphalt parking lot, drive lanes, landscaping, and stormwater treatment facilities located east of the intersection of Medical Lake Highway and Craig Road in Spokane County, Washington. The parcel number is 14112.9056. The site is approximately 17.28 acres and currently undeveloped. The project site has been designed in accordance with the requirements ofthe Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual (SRSM). ENGINEER’S ESTIMATE: $1,500,000.00 +/- plus Washington Stale Sales
