The purpose of the bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors for the refurbishment of the wood shake roof on the Tybee Island Pier located at the end of Tybrisa Street on Tybee Island. Contractor will be repairing the main pier roof and the small roof at the end of the pier.
