It is the sole responsibility of each potential grantee to ensure it has a complete and fully executed grant contract before incurring any grant-funded expenditures and must fully adhere to all applicable grant conditions. Failure to secure a fully executed grant contract or failure to adhere to the administering agency’s grant conditions will result in the rejection of any reimbursement requests related to the grant. Each STEAP grant contract executed with the municipalities listed below will have its own start and end date as established by the fully executed contract on file at the administering agency.
