All proposals must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside thereof,NORTH END WATER TANK PAINTING CITY PROJECT NO. 2022-37-WTRThis project includes the painting of the interior and exterior of the North End Water Tank. The exterior of tank shall be remediated for lead-based paint. The existing ladder for the water tank shall be removed and replaced with an OSHA compliant ladder system.A “MANDATORY PREBID SESSION” for the purpose of answering or obtaining answers

to questions of parties interested in performing the work, relative to construction details, will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. on 12/6/2022 via Teleconference (Google Meet). A link will be provided to all interested parties.A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the accepted bid will be required of the successful bidder.
