The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources is seeking Robert Ray King’s unknown Heirs, Devisees, or other Claimants, if any, and Josephine Elizabeth Robinson King’s unknown Heirs, Devisees, or other Claimants, if any, who have or may claim to have an interest in the real property located in Alaska, described as follows:Lot 39 of Block 8 of the LaTouche Island Townsite Subdivision, Addition No. 1, according to the official plat thereof filed under Plat No. 79-3, all in the Valdez
Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.This notice serves to inform all Heirs, Devisees, or Other Claimants of the decedents’ and other persons who have or may claim to have an interest in the decedents’ estate, that they must notify the Department of Natural Resources on or before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 29th, 2024. Parties to whom the estate is indebted are requested to have their claims properly proven and presented at time of notice. If no claims are received, the property described above will escheat to the State, and all provisions of AS 38.95.200-38.95.270 and 11 Alaska Administrative Code (AAC) 69 for escheated property will apply.
