DMDC Avaya VoIP/PBX Maintenance

The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) requires continued software maintenance to support enterprise level Private Branch Exchange (PBX) capabilities, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) capabilities to the organizational infrastructure, as well as support existing Tagged Message Delivery Agent (TMDA) handsets.An urgent and compelling need exist, due to the potential loss of telephone capabilities for those who utilize the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) Avaya Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)/ Private Branch Exchange (PBX) without a contract modification. The Urgent and Compelling need for an extension to the existing contract is necessary because recompeting the requirement at this point in time would result in unacceptable delays and a loss of service. This loss of service could lead to security risks with potential mission vulnerabilities without a contract extension. Security risk and potential vulnerabilities will force the Avaya VoIP/PBX to shut down 800 enterprise users and a mid-sized call
