Capitalized terms not separately defined elsewhere in this RFP have the meanings assigned in Exhibit A to the Form of Contract (Section III). TCA currently uses the Genesys PureConnect on-premise solution to manage interactions between our customers and our Customer Service Representatives. The Genesys solution also integrates with our back-office system to perform various functions. Avtex manages the Genesys solution and has recommended that TCA migrates from PureConnect to the Genesys Cloud in order to take advantage of additional functionality. TCA is seeking a qualified contractor to project manage on behalf of TCA the Genesys Cloud migration project. This will involve the contractor working with TCA staff and Avtex to define requirements and specifications, and then taking delivery of the Genesys Cloud system from Avtex and ensuring compliance with requirements and specifications. Other Details The minimum qualification is as follows: • The Proposer shall have experience migrating from a Genesys Pureconnect on premises phone system to Genesys cloud system.
