The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to ESRI Inc. located at 380 New York Street, Redlands CA 92373. This procurement is for the acquisition of a sole source commercial item using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 and the size standard in millions of dollars is $38.5.There is only one responsible source identified to satisfy the USAFA requirement.• This request is issued for the USAFA Dean of Faculty, Department of Economics and Geosciences.• ESRI, Inc. is the sole source provider (owner and manufacturer) of the software

maintenance (technical support plus ESRI software update/upgrades) for ESRI products in the United States.
