Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East, Ft. Liberty, Womack Army Medical Center has a requirement for the repair and maintenance of TacMed Trauma-Training Simulator products. Repairs to include the following: APL-PB-1757 - Airway doesn't close, TWC doesn't work properly, bubbling chest wound doesn't work properly, only one side of the chest rises and falls, breathing sounds don't work at all. CRL-1084 - Unit will not fill with blood; bleeding features are not functioning properly; legs move intermittently; left ankle is severely broken. CRU-R-1007 - Unit reported with left eye inoperable, a possible problem with right eye, and intermittent breathing. Quote from customer EMITT-ASL-1548 - Unit will not fill with blood and bleeding features not working properly; remote disconnects after three seconds; broken ankle. EMITT-ASL-AA-1001 - Unit will stops flushing when using that feature. EMITT-ASU-1509 - Neck is broken and airway will not close. EMITT-TMU-AA-1001 - Teeth sensor & bubbling chest wound inoperable; when flushing, unit drops connectivity. MATT-2118 - Unit was reported to be leaking fluid from the fill tower and not able to fully fill with blood.
