If your firm is interested in submitting a proposal, please submit an original, Six (6) color copies, and one (1) digital pdf copy of the sealed proposal to Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners, Attn: Lisa Hawkins, Clerk, 25 West Jefferson Street, Jefferson, Ohio 44047-1092 by February 2, 2023 ("Opening Date") by 1:00 p.m. EST ("Opening Time") at which time said proposals will be opened and read in accordance with
