Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) Building 9112, Fort Hood, TexasThis is not a solicitation. A solicitation will be issued on/around 17 April 2020 and will use as a Two-Phase Design Build Process in accordance with FAR 36.3 -Two-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures.This project is for the renovation of Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) 9112 and surrounding structures within the fence line on Fort Hood, TX. This project will replace the failing HVAC system, repair interior and exterior finishes impacted by moisture/high humidity, refinish floors in the maintenance bays and administrative areas, renovate the building’s interior and exteriors, provide a Standing Seam Metal Roof (SSMR), and installation of a 10-ton crane.
