The scope of work for refrigerant services shall include, but not be limited to the transition, recovery, removal, recycling, cleaning, storage and disposal of refrigerant from chillers, air conditioning equipment, appliances and cylinders. In addition, refrigerant services shall also include charging refrigerant into chillers, air conditioning units and other appliances; and the selling of refrigerant to OUC upon request.
