Colorado Springs (COS) ASR 11 HVAC CONTROLS UPGRADE

Track Changes The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to upgrade the HVAC controls at the COS ASR 11 and integrate with the controls at the COS ATCT/TRACON facility.

This SIR/RFP is being posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements.

All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this SIR.

Location: Colorado Springs ATCT/TRACON

A site visit is scheduled for June 19, 2019 at 9:00 am. To attend the site visit please submit your name, company, contact information, Driver's License #, Driver's License State of Issue, and Date of Birth to Katie Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov no later than June 17, 2019.

All questions regarding this SIR should be submitted in writing to Katie Fogle at Katherine.fogle@faa.gov.
All questions must be received no later than June 21, 2019.

Proposals are due no later than June 25, 2019 @ 17:00 MT. Any proposal received after 17:00 MT on June 25, 2019 will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award.

To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov, and the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
