Services will also include the mailing of magazines and distribution to various City of Scottsdale locations. The original award of this new contract was to print Scottsdale Life Magazine for the last quarter of FY 21/22. For FY 22/23 and going forward there will be 4 printings annually which will require an increase to the contract value for the fiscal year. This increase will exceed the previously posted estimate by 25% or $100,000 whichever is less and a repost with the updated amount is required per Section R2-2010.1 of the Procurement Code. As a result, contract 22RP016 for print services for Scottsdale Life magazine is being reposted to increase the posting by $41,799 from $28,201 to $70,000 the new estimated fiscal year value.
