My spouse, Jodi Taylor, and I are contemplating a transaction that may involve an Alcoholic Beverage Control Board license. To avoid taking any action that may affect my private interests as required by the Executive Branch Ethics Act, I hereby delegate to you as Deputy Attorney General all authority I have over any matter pending before the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in which I or my wife have a personal interest. By a separate memorandum, I will be screened from any filed related to a particular matter for which I have delegated my authority.
