Notice of Intent

Description The Department of Energy's (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Service, on behalf of the Office of International Affairs, intents to issue a sole source contract to Caterpillar Inc., 100 NE Adams St. AB6310, Peoria, Illinois, 61629 to acquire, transport, and deliver electrical diesel generators to the Ukraine Ministry of Infrastructure, as per Title IV of the Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2022 (PL 117-103) in accordance with FAR 13.5. This notice does not constitute a solicitation for request for competitive offers and no solicitation will be issued. Any response to this notice is purely voluntary. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Responses shall be sent in writing to Dremayne Doyle, dremayne.doyle@hq.doe.gov via email no later than February 2, 2023, at 1:00 PM ET.
