Local Emergency Management Agency (EMA) partners are responsible for facilitating the collection and submission of local damage assessments throughout impacted counties. HSEMD is responsible for providing technical assistance and completing a state verification of damage assessment information to determine statewide impacts and determine if a major disaster declaration will be pursued federally in partnership with FEMA. HSEMD is seeking a web-based solution that meets local, state and federal needs to efficiently and effectively coordinate statewide damage assessments.
