Description

Scope of Services
The Design and Construction of a new LEED Silver Certified Academic West Building approximately 30,000 GSF and associated site improvements. The new building with a Mediterranean style aesthetic will be home to campus General Education Classrooms, Architecture, Media Arts, Multi-Media, Philosophy/Sociology, and Art Gallery. The Building contains the Art Gallery, four classrooms, two Architecture labs, Fabrication lab, Multimedia computer lab, Media Arts computer lab, Soundstage, Roundup, Radio Station; departmental offices; meeting rooms; and support spaces. Site improvements will include fire and emergency access, site lighting, site security, accessible path of travel from the nearest public transit stop and accessible parking to the building, landscaping and irrigation.
