"LEGAL NOTICE\nINVITATION TO BID\nThe City of Meriden is accepting sealed bids for:\nB024-17R - Meriden Public Library AV & Digital Media Equipment\n\nThe City of Meriden, Library Department is seeking competitive bids for delivery and installation\nof AV equipment forthe Meriden Public Library.\n\nBids shall be submitted on forms and in the manner specified. Forms and bid documents may be\nobtained from the Purchasing Department, on the City of Meriden website\n(www ..meridenct.gov/business/bids-rfps/), and on the State of Connecticut Department of\nAdministrative Services website (https://webprocure.proactiscloud.com). Bids will be accepted at\nthe Purchasing Department, 142 East Main Street, Room 210, Meriden, Connecticut 06450 until\n11:00 A.M. local, eastern standard time on April 10, 2024, at which time they will be publicly\nopened and read. Any bid received afterthetime and datespecified shall

not be considered. See\nBid Form for other deadlines.\n\nTheright is reserved to reject any orall bids, in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items,\nor total bid, and to waive informality ortechnical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest\noftheCity of Meriden. No bidder may withdraw its bid within ninety (90) daysof thedateof the\nbid opening. Upon award of thebid, the winning bidder shall be bound by the bid proposal price\nthroughout the contract period.\n\nEach bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of Five\n(5%) percent of the amount bid.
