Other Details The objective of this initiative is to identify inspiration for how to continue the transformation of the urban landscape of downtown Modesto into a green and vibrant environment. The proposed green wall programs should contribute to the city’s sustainability goals, improve air quality, reduce urban heat island effect, and enhance the visual appeal of the cityscape.
