The Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech) is seeking to engage the services of an experienced executive search and consulting firm to assist in the recruitment of qualified applicants to fill the positions of (1) Vice President of Student Affairs, (2) Dean of the College of Engineering, Technology and Management (ETM), (3) Associate Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management and Retention and (4) Associate Vice President for Information Technology Services and Chief Information Officer at Oregon Tech with the goal of placing successful candidates into their positions on or about April 1, 2023. Two (2) additional positions may be authorized for recruitment under this solicitation at Oregon Tech’s sole discretion, but are contingent as of the publishing date of this RFP and should be priced individually (hereinafter collectively referenced as Contingent Positions).
