Other Details A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Bidders are encouraged to visit job site at the Municipal Tennis Court Facility located at 1414 Park Place, Santa Barbara, CA before submitting bid proposal. All the courts are public and open during daylight hours. Monday-Friday mid-day (8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.). No relief will be granted to contractors for any conditions or restrictions that would have been discovered if they had conducted a site visit.
