Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) combined synopsis/solicitation is for all labor, management supervision, tools, materials and equipment to perform the Biomedical Waste Management and Disposal Services for Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD, outlying Medical, Dental, Substance Abuse Rehabilitation program (SARP) clinics and various Naval and Marine Corps installations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest Area of Responsibility (ARO) under an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) performance based contract that is comprised of both recurring and non-recurring work items.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside (FAR 52.219-6). Only quotes submitted by Small Business Concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business Concern will not be considered for award. Competitive quotes are being requested under N62473-19-Q1111. This requirement is for set-aside for small business, NAICS code is 562112, Hazardous Waste Collection and business size standard is $41.5 Million. The Government anticipates awarding IDIQ performance based contract for a base period of 12 months and two (2) 12-month option periods for a total duration of three (3) years/36 months. Task Orders/Modifications will be issued as Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)
