The intent of this contract is to provide additional equipment for weather emergencies, storm cleanup, normal maintenance of facilities, and other occasions requiring the use of supplemental equipment. All qualified bidders will be awarded contracts for the equipment submitted at their award price; however, the equipment will be summoned beginning with the lowest price per unit and progressing to the highest. This price shall include a qualified operator with all required safety equipment (PPE). In all cases the price shall include all fuel, lubricants, fluids, accessories, parts, and attachments to make the unit functional for the intended purpose.
