Synopsis for solicitation number N00189-17-Q-0229The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk VA intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price procurement action for the conceptual design plans to include all labor, materials and plans located at the National Museum of the American Sailor, Great Lakes, IL. The service will be acquired utilizing procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.2 – Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources, FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 541430 and the size standard is $7.5M.
