This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number S5121A-19-Q-0009 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This requirement will be solicited and awarded using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
